Shipping & Delivery Policy

Artcammy provides flower delivery across most areas in Singapore.

A flat delivery fee of $20 applies to all orders.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed.

All urgent deliveries, specific timing requests, or special delivery arrangements must be discussed and confirmed prior to placing an order.

All requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Additional delivery surcharges may apply for:

• Sentosa Island
• Tuas

Any applicable surcharge is not reflected at checkout and will be communicated separately based on prevailing rates.

We are unable to deliver to:

• Military camps and secured facilities
• PSA / Free Trade Zone areas
• Offshore islands (except Sentosa)
• Restricted locations requiring special access clearance

Artcammy reserves the right to cancel or amend orders placed for non-serviceable locations.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or
• Recipient being unavailable at the delivery location

The order will be deemed fulfilled and non-refundable.

Redelivery may be arranged at an additional delivery fee, subject to assessment of the flowers' condition.

Some floral designs may require additional preparation time to ensure optimal freshness and design integrity.

Artcammy reserves the right to adjust delivery timing where necessary to uphold quality standards.

Artcammy works exclusively with premium seasonal flowers.

In the event of market or seasonal unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value, while preserving the intended colour palette and overall design aesthetic.

All Valentine's Day bouquets will be delivered within the 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM delivery window.

Specific delivery times within this window are not guaranteed.
