Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM local time, and availability is subject to our current schedule.
We offer delivery within Singapore only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Applicable to all the fresh flower arrangement. We will deliver within the time frame based on your order details. Rates vary based on distance and timing of the specific order, starting at $15.00.
For same-day and scheduled deliveries, our team will confirm the delivery time via WhatsApp directly. Alternatively, you can contact us for updates on your order status.

To ensure the best quality, flowers are prepared and shipped as close to the delivery date & timing as possible. If you have concerns about the freshness of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will address your concerns to the best of our ability.
