Return Policy for Fresh Flowers

Please note that fresh flowers are non-refundable due to their perishable nature.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

If your order is unavailable on the scheduled day, we will notify you via WhatsApp within 1-3 business days.

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
