• Set Up Timing : Set up will be one day before actual day 4-8pm usually, confirm the timing 1 week before actual day based on our slot.

• How to reach our location :
  The office building is Dark Red in colour. Please turn in from the gantry, proceed to the end of the carpark area, park your car with HEAD-IN. We will then come down for a 20-30 minutes installation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS & FRIENDLY REMINDERS

1.⁠ ⁠Car Preparation

• Please ensure the car is clean and free from wax, polish, or coating before setup.

• Flowers may not adhere properly on waxed or coated surfaces.

• Kindly wash and dry your car prior to arrival for the best result.

• Avoid using ceramic coating or hydrophobic layers as these reduce adhesion.

2.⁠ ⁠Timing & Punctuality

• Each bridal car decoration is allocated a dedicated 30 mins slot.

• Please arrive punctually at the agreed timing.

• A late arrival exceeding 30 minutes from the confirmed time will incur an additional charge of $50 or be subject to cancellation depending on our schedule.

• Once our team leaves after installation, no adjustments or changes can be made.

• Any request for modification after setup will require a top-up fee, based on our team’s availability and timing.

3.⁠ ⁠Setup & Completion

• Our team will handle the full floral installation.

• Upon completion, clients are encouraged to check and approve the setup on-site before the team leaves.

• Please note that minor variations in placement or flower type may occur, depending on flower availability and car design compatibility.

4.⁠ ⁠Driving Precautions

• Fresh floral décor is not suitable for high-speed or long-distance drives.

• We recommend maintaining a speed limit of 70km/h or below to prevent damage.

• Avoid driving in heavy rain or parking under direct sunlight for extended hours.

• Artcammy will not be held liable for any damage, detachment, or loss after the car has left the premises or after installation completion.

5.⁠ ⁠Responsibility & Coverage

• Artcammy shall not be responsible for any scratches, stains, or adhesive marks left on the car surface after removal.

• Clients are advised to remove floral decorations carefully within 12 hours after the event to prevent residue or heat marks.

• Please ensure all décor is kept away from engine heat and sharp objects.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Any rescheduling within 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 reschedule fee.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable as floral materials and manpower would have been arranged.

DISCLAIMERS

• All the flowers are subject to availability (Seasonal flower / Climate Changes / Festive season / Colour choice)

• If it’s unavailable we will refund 100% once confirmed via WhatsApp (at least 1-3 working days)

• All flowers (Fresh / Preserved) are grown and produced differently in different countries, seasons, and climates, do allow for some slight difference from the photo shown.
